Devin Payne has joined the Metropolitan Drug Commission as the new Youth Coordinator. She will engage local high school and middle school students to successfully confront the risks and pressures that challenge them in their daily lives, and to make positive decisions that protect their health and safety. Devin was born and raised in Knoxville and is a graduate from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She brings valuable experience in working with youth to our team and is excited to begin working with youth in our community. Her primary responsibility is to support local Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) Chapters. Devin replaces Caleb Yokley, who left the MDC in May to attend law school in South Carolina.
