This year our Youth Initiatives Coordinator is working to create and strengthen community connections. We have continued our partnership with Knoxville Inner City Kids Outreach (KICKO) to provide Positive Action curriculum as well as parenting classes for guardians of kids in higher-risk environments. We are also working with Girls Inc. to implement substance misuse prevention sessions with their program participants. There are more opportunities for working with community partners in the works and we look forward to sharing those with you soon!
