Tell me a little bit about yourself.

I love my job as a Recovery Coach at MDC and I also own and operate a sober living home for women in Knoxville. I love spending time with my grandchildren. I am very passionate about the work I do and strive daily to promote recovery and support all the women I work with.

What is one project or event you have worked on for MDC that you are particularly proud of?

Recovery Coaching Academy was the best course I have ever taken. I learned so much from the classes and apply what I learned daily. I highly recommend the classes.

One thing I want people to know about my job is…

That I’m always here for my clients no matter what is going on in their life and I will never give up on you.

What is your favorite thing about living in Knoxville?

Knoxville has so much to offer and so many people here willing to help and volunteer in times of need.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever gotten?

Stay present, don’t regret the past, learn from it and don’t be anxious about the future.

What is something people probably wouldn’t guess about you?

I’m not sure. I feel like I’m an open book and transparent.

What superpower would you choose?

To help women to see their worth and never doubt themselves.

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Chicken.

I am proud to work at MDC because…

MDC cares about the community and their employees. We are always offering classes so that we can help our community. We promote self care and wellness. The staff I work with never ceases to amaze me with their passion and dedication to serve our community.
