As the year comes to an end, six members are rotating off of the MDC Board of Directors. These men have dedicated their time and service to the Metropolitan Drug Commission for many years. We will miss each and every one of you, and want to thank each of you for being a part of making a difference in the Knoxville community.

Former Attorney General Randy Nichols served as an active and very engaged board member for 22 years and also held the position of Board President in his tenure.

Charles W. Swanson, Attorney, passionately served six years on the board, including serving as Board President. He provided legal counsel to the organization and the board of directors and remains active on the Public Policy/Advocacy Committee.
