Group is a powerful, dynamic process. By creating a safe and supportive environment and being prepared for group, facilitators can help individuals move toward healthy change. By fostering engagement and promoting confidentiality, you can facilitate an environment where every participant has the opportunity to grow. Its effectiveness hinges on several key factors: the power of the circle, the preparation of both the environment and the facilitator, and the ability to navigate diverse individual challenges. In this presentation, Dr. Patterson will explore the essential elements of group, including what happens before and during the group sessions, and how to address challenges as they arise. Some engaging group ice breakers will be included in the presentation.
Registration is required. Seats are limited.
