The Metropolitan Drug Commission is proud to introduce our two new employees.
Deborah Huddleston has joined the organization as its newest Media Relations and Project Director. She will oversee MDC’s local and regional media efforts as well as manage grants aimed at reducing underage binge drinking. Huddleston is a Knoxville native and recent graduate from the University of Tennessee. She brings with her experience in the public relations field and is eager to begin working with MDC’s network of community partners.
Kendra Rider has stepped in as the new Youth Coordinator for MDC. She will help engage volunteers in youth outreach programs and provide positive alternative activities for teens. Rider is also a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee.
