Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to the signs of mental illness and substance use disorders.

This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who many be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to appropriate care.

This training is available free of charge to anyone within MDC’s service area, which includes Knoxville and the surrounding 15 counties.

The deadline to register is June 11.
