Thank you for your interest in MDC’s upcoming Mental Health First Aid classes. Below you will find dates and times for adult classes available. These classes are free and open to the public. Please note, MDC will be following CDC COVID Guidelines.
Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to the signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This 8-hour training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who many be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to appropriate care.
