MDC’s Tee Off Against Drugs Golf Tournament

The Fourth Annual Tee off Against Drugs Golf Tournament to benefit Metro Drug Coalition will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Three Ridges Golf Course. Tee time is 1:00 p.m.

Space is limited. Please register at metrodrug.org or return this form to reserve your spot. Player spots will be reserved on a first received basis. Soft drinks, Gatorade and water will be provided.

Entry Fee: 

  • Individual Player: $125
  • Team of 4: $500

The sponsorship deadline is Friday, April 3, 2020.
